  • No practitioner-client, therapist-client, or doctor-patient relationship is created through your purchase or use of any product.
  • Our products and content have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Grief, Trauma & Emotional Healing: These recordings offer gentle wellness support and are not trauma therapy, grief counseling, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing acute trauma, PTSD symptoms, or emotional crisis, please seek a licensed mental health professional.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PURCHASE TERMS

5.1 License Grant

Upon purchase and receipt of payment, RECLAIM With Journey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased digital audio content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or create derivative works from any audio recording or digital product
  • Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer any product to any third party
  • Share, distribute, publicly perform, or broadcast any audio recording
  • Use any product commercially, including in your own practice or business, without a separate written commercial license
  • Upload or share any audio content on YouTube, Spotify, podcasts, social media, or any file-sharing platform
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5.3 No Refund Policy

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on downloadable or streamable audio products once a download link has been delivered or file access has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you forfeit any right of withdrawal upon delivery. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at reclaimwithjourney@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the technical issue.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RECLAIM With Journey’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RECLAIM With Journey IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact reclaimwithjourney@gmail.com  and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Austin, Texas. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND RECLAIM With Journey AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of this Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RECLAIM With Journey.
